You need to say YES for recognizable people or property, and you need to attach the corresponding release.

Read the Generative AI help,pages, which are quite clear as to the requirement for model releases or property releases for aI generated humans.

Real person = Model Release signed by the human it's based on.

Fake person = Property Release signed by you as creator of the AI image.
