Hi everyone, a lot of my new stocks were rejected
The issues are :
- Non-compliant use of another artist’s name.
- Undeclared Generative AI Content.
- Content not compliant with overall guidelines:
The thing is, it's 100% my work so no other artist in my work and it's not AI-generated. I'm not sure about the third issue. I wonder how to avoid this problem again in the future.
Thank you
It looks like you have frames around your assets. That's a non-compliant refusal reason.
For vector assets, you are not allowed to submit generative AI, and you can't mark that. The non-compliant message is a generic message that only enumerates some possible reasons, but not necessarily the refusal reason.

What was the exact rejection reason (header!)? What is the title of the work you submitted and what were the keywords?

Looks like you have mentioned an artist in desciption or keywords. And didn't checkmark the AI-box when submitting.

If OP says it's not generative AI, OP should not use the AI checkmark.

Yes, you're right. I misread it ...

It would be helpful if you would post an image that was effected by the rejection.

Hi, thank you for your answer. Want to make sure, what "frames" do you mean?
Is it because I made it inside a square background?

The "Statue of Liberty" image has black borders. The Moderators will reject anything with such borders.

Post the full resolution picture of one, an we will be able to check the asset. All other things will result in speculations because of incomplete information. When you post post also the refusal reason, the header is enough and the only important part.

I have exactly the same problem: my own illustration was not accepted, while other sites accepted it. The reasons described are exactly like yours. Unfortunately, I was unable to contact support(

There is no avenue for you to dispute image rejections, and Adobe probably doesn't even answer such requests. They have, however, provided this Community Forum for you to receive input from fellow Contributors. If you upload the asset here, you will receive feedback as to why it was rejected. Acceptance at another stock site is no indication of its suitability for Adobe Stock.

Adobe is master in their own house. Having acceptence somewhere else is not relevant.
Check this answer: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/non-ai-content-rejected-because-ai-iss.... That may or may not be helpful.

I mention this fact only to assure you that there are no violations in my illustration.
