Not able to sign into adobe stock contributors

When i try to Sign in into adobe stock conti butors page it shows me:

Sorry, your access has been denied

You are ineligible to use this product or service due to the Service Eligibility Requirements.

I tried every possible solution even wrote to the adobe support team but that did not help

I followed allt he rules of the platform but i don't know what is th problem if i am wrong please correct me

No its a recent account and i don't know why it is happening

There are some criteria of eligibility:

• Your age: you can't use the system if you are underage. Sporadically, the system errs in this. However, Adobe customer service can rarely redress this.
• Your location. If you are located somewhere, where the access to Adobe services is restricted, you can't use them.
