Hello there!

One of my files has been approved a couple months ago and it appears in my portfolio but not in my public profile.
It also doesn't show if I look for it (as if I was trying to buy it) What should I do?

This is the video: FILE # 190815955

Well, what happened is that my video didn't have the minimum resolution required for Adobe which is 1920x1080.

However it was accepted for Fotolia. That's why it shows on my portfolio but not in my Adobe public profile.

This is the answer they gave me:

The size of the clip does not comply with our requirements at Adobe Stock. The clip is available for sale at Fotolia.com but Adobe Stock does not support clips sized 1440X1080

Thank you again v.pothv.poth because I couldn't find a way to communicate with them directly!
Cheers!
