Payment Issue – Funds Not Received in PayPal

Community Beginner ,

Hi everyone,

I need some help with my payments.

I’ve requested payouts 5 times to my PayPal account, and in my Adobe Stock dashboard it always shows “Payment done.” But the money never arrives in my PayPal. After some time, the money just comes back to my Adobe Stock balance.

Has anyone had this problem before? Do you know why payments keep failing and how I can fix it?

Thanks a lot!

Sounds like you might need to contact PayPal. It appears Adobe is fulling your requests.

Depending on your region, you may need a verified PayPal Business Account to receive royalty payments.

PayPal can give you more details about that.

Another option is to establish a Payoneer or Skrill account to receive royalty payments.

Payement done means, Adobe did send the money. If PayPal refuses the money, they will credit it back to Adobe, who will credit back your account. You will need first to fix your issue with PayPal, before being able to get your money. Depending on your country, you need a different type of PayPal account to receive payment from professional activity.
