The option for payment activation is not appearing on my account, even though my payment has reached 30 dollars

And? There are three conditions. Are you fulfilling all three?

Requesting payments at Adobe Stock

 

Once you’ve accrued more than US$25 in royalties on Adobe Stock, you can request a payout as long as the following criteria is met:

  • You've got a validated tax form on file in your account.

  • At least 45 days have passed since your first Adobe Stock sale. (You can make subsequent payment requests when you reach the US$25 threshold again).

  • You've got a valid PayPal, Payoneer, or Skrill account

Just a few things that come to mind:  Has Adobe accepted your government issued ID?  Is your account more than 45 days old?

The ID is no more required. And it's 45 days after the first sale, according to the Adobe helpx page.

You need to fulfil all the conditions. The minimum payout of $25 is one of three conditions that need all to be fulfilled.

The others are:

  • Having a tax form submitted and approved.
  • The first sale needs to be passed before the 45-day quarantine.

Please confirm when your first sale was.

Please confirm that your tax form is filled out, submitted and approved by Adobe.

This will create a Support Ticket, and Adobe will review your account and advise what the problem and solution is. Be sure to come back here to report the solution so that the forum members can benefit from the knowledge.

Probably by waiting for the 45 days to pass. If you fulfil all other conditions: $25 in sales, submitted and approved (!) tax form.
