Paypal or Skrill

Hello, 

I am a contributor and I would like to know something about Skrill vs. Paypal. I've received payment through Paypal previously, however nowPaypal is requiring my social security number but AdobeStock already has my number. I don't want to give it to Paypal too. Does Skrill require a SSN?

Paypal does not have your social id number when Adobe has it. That is not an argument. Data protection would disallow Adobe sharing that information wirth PayPal. Hoever, Paypal needs to prove that you are not white washing dirty money. So they need your social id. 

I do not know if Skrill is an aleternative to PayPal. I even do not know Skrill.
