Please use proper PPE when doing commercial photoshoots

Hey, I use Stock for safety course production. However, many many photos and videos are missing important safety protection - safety glasses, proper gloves, hair confined, no jewelry, hi vis vest, heat proof, fall proof and shock proof protection. If people taking photos for Stock would get this part right, I guarantee you will get more usage on your photos. Do a little footwork on the OSHA site and you will benefit!

You make an important point; however, I suppose it's possible that a Buyer would license such images in order to illustrate non-compliance, i.e. "what not to do". Keep in mind that the market for Adobe Stock images is worldwide, and OSHA guidelines do not apply elsewhere.

Thanks for your input! I see your point, but safety isn't just in the US. Best practices is to show proper safety in safety courses and Photoshop only goes so far as to insert missing PPE. It is just something to think about for people who may not take it into consideration.

It's a matter of "Buyer Beware"; the Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the image they've chosen properly illustrates whatever message they're conveying in their ad, brochure, promo, post, etc. There's simply no way for Adobe Stock Moderators to know or to be able to judge whether images represent "best practices" in whatever industry they're portraying.

You get what you pay for.  Stock is good for some things.  But if safety was my area of expertise, I would order a custom photo shoot to get the exact results I need.  Some stuff has to be special ordered.
