Hi, If I submit my images in PNG format without any transparent backround is it acceptable or is it a problem? And we should submit them in JPG?
If they don't have transparencies, submit them as jpgs. It's not an option.
No, it's not acceptable. You should submit JPEG (maximum quality) for files not containing transparency. Even if currently your files may get accepted, there is precedence that accounts got blocked after having transmitted priorly assets that were accepted, but did violate certain rules.
Non-transparent PNG's must be converted to JPG. Though we've heard that Moderators sometimes accept them anyway, it can be misleading to Buyers; if a Buyer complains about such an asset, that could trigger an account investigation.
