Im new to this site and when I submit a Photo the preview  is blury while the one that is in photoshop looks crisp?. Also when i Right click on it and Click the ''Open Image in new Tab'' Its quite small and when downloaded from that  the Resolution is set to 220x220 . Is this normal ? Does the reviewer gets the original image and size of 4028x4028 ?

It's just a preview, for you to see which image Adobe are talking about. That's all. It's small because you might be looking at hundreds or thousands of your previews. If the image is accepted, and someone buys a license, then they will indeed get the very same original file you sent to Adobe. But there's no way for YOU to get it back, so be very careful to keep your original file, for many reasons.

What gets shown to you and what gets added into the database are two different pairs of shoes. As you may know, images shown on internet sites are speed optimized to load as fast as possible using as less bandwidth as possible. The moderator and later the buyer will get what you uploaded and exactly what you uploaded. Don't worry.
