Problem with Paypal

Hey there! I've been using PayPal to get money from Adobe Stock, but it seems they don't do mass money transfers anymore. I just got paid by Adobe Stock, but the cash hasn't shown up in my PayPal account.

I'm wondering, how can I track that payment, and how can I switch my payment method?

 

I've been trying to get in touch with Adobe Contributor support multiple times, but I haven't heard back from them.

If your payout status in Adobe stock is "payment done", the delay is probably with PayPal, so you should query PayPal for status.

I made a call to PayPal Support in Thailand and they said they no longer service mass transactions in Thailand anymore. They suggested me to contact Adobe Stock Support instead.

My payouts take a day or two before they are reflected on my PayPal account after changing status on Adobe stock.

I've noticed that it's been a few days since the status showed "Payment Done," but the cash still hasn't shown up in the PayPal account.

So, I gave PayPal support a call, and they told me that PayPal Thailand no longer offers services for mass transactions.

They recommended reaching out to Adobe Stock Support to track down the money.

 

You should contact once and wait for an answer. You need to contact via the “Contact us” link. Do not send a direct mail.  Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

They respond by e-mail, and they are not very responsive, unfortunately. There is no means to accelerate that. Wait 14 days and send a friendly reminder. If PayPal does not accept the payment, they need to refuse it. Adobe monitors that, and the money should go back into your account.

Do you have a PayPal Thailand Business Account?  If not, you can't receive funds until you get one.

PayPal Thailand relaunched in December 2022.  You should have received emails from PayPal about what you need to do.
