Public domain and copyright-free images for contribution

Hey there,

I've been wondering about public domain and copyright-free images as potential assets for contribution. Do any of you have experience with such images? I know that most of these images may be used for commercial purposes, but I'm not sure how Adobe Stock views them. Thanks

To the best of my knowledge, Adobe Stock does NOT accept public domain or copyright-free images, even if incorporated in original work.

You're lucky that you asked. Contributors get blocked for submitting such assets.

I wouldn't call it luck, caution may be a more appropriate word. Thanks for your input either way.

Adobe clearly states that you must be the owner of all assets that you submit.

You must own full title and rights to every image you submit. You also cannot assemble an image from other assets you have acquired elsewhere.
