Criei essas imagens por inteligência artificial e aumentei a qualidade delas, informei que foi feita por IA, coloquei todas as informações necessárias, mas não aceitaram dizendo que não atende às qualidades. Qual o problema dessas imagens?

They are all quite soft when viewed at 100%. I see that you upscaled these to 30x30. I don't know what upscaler you used, but you might have better luck if you limit yourself to 20x20 tops, or even 16x16, which at 300 ppi will still meet Adobe's size requirements.

I used convert dpi. In the "set new width, px" box, I used 9000. It worked for another images... if I lower the number, I have more chances?

You do, assuming sharpness is maintained, but I have my doubts about the DPI converter thingy.

 

If you have Photoshop, try Filter > Neural Filters > Super Zoom. You'll probably get better results, but I would still avoid upscaling to 30x30. I used to upscale to 30xwhatever, but even using a professional upscaler such as Gigapixel AI, I had to spend too much time making corrections. If you have Lightroom, use the Enhance feature. 

 

If you can't afford any of the options I've mentioned, there are other free upscalers online that you can investigate and experiment with. Here are three:
