Quality issues, i have a few images similar to this that got sent back also.

Why would a customer pay for this?

What could they use it for commercially?  Think posters, t-shirts, tote bags, billboard & TV ads, magazines, calendars, etc...

Sorry, i thought i included the name of what it was, its a reflective telescope lens, and its not for commercial uses like the things you listed, its for graphic work and textures. Which i put as the genre of the image when i uploaded them

You don't get to pick & choose how Stock images are used.  All images you submit to Stock are available for commercial use, like it or not. As such, they must be legally free & clear for use. 

Do you own copyright to the telescope lens?  If not, you need to submit a signed property release from the lens maker.  If you created it, you must submit a signed property release by you.

That said, technical problems include poor focus, edges are too soft,  artifacts, color banding, improper white balance, also the framing could be better.

Too red, dust spots on the lens, poorly cropped and underexposd shadows.
