Does someone know why that image is refused for quality issues.

If you fix the quality reasons (for example, the very poor cutout) it will be blocked for an IP violation ... you can't sell stock by photographing other people's designs. Zippo own the rights and you can't sell them.

Besides the other reasons pointed out by @Ricky336 and @Test Screen Name , you have focussing problems (or camera shake).
