Please guide me regarding why the attached images were rejected. I have removed their background in photoroom.com (instant background remover). The ones with background were not rejected. Please tell me the issue.

Hi purpleshine - it's hard to tell when it's not the original images. But at least in image #3 there's an odd point sticking out from the bowl. But sadly enough there are so manu flaws in the images that in my view they shoud not have been accepted. Are you submitting the same images with and without background?

Submitting the images twice, once with and once without background is considered as spam and will ultimately lead to you getting banned. You should only submit the PNG files with backgrounds removed.

It's best to view transparencies on a black background to confirm whether there are any edge cutout issues.

There is no such thing. It has to be done by hand using the pen tool in Adobe Photoshop.

There is no push button solution for this. If you have Photoshop, you can use Photoshop for doing this, but it absolutely needs to be done manually, even if there are functionalities build in that may help you with this. The final touch is hard manual work.
If you do not have Photoshop, there are several other tools you can use. In this case, you should need to google for a solution, but all Photoshop competitors offer this functionality.

Your program is working quite nicely, much better than expected. But still, there are flaws that would need manual rework.
Just one example:
When you look at the same image a little bit down, you have a "worm" sticking out (1). I suspect that being a leftover from a plate under the bowl. If you check the red line (my addition), there should not be "jagged" corners, but smooth lines. When a buyer will put this plate on his background, the jagged lines (which suggest an bad cutout line) may cause issues.
