Non mi è stata accettata questa foto di prova col motivo di "Problemi di qualità".

Ora non mi sembra che ce ne siano ma magari posso sbagliarmi. La cosa che mi ha attirato l'attenzione è che dall'anteprima l'immagine è molto sgranata, non vorrei che ci fosse un problema nel caricamento che me le rende inutilizzabili.

The image is blurry and underexposed in the shadows. Why did you post it as a png? That file type should be used only for transparencies. The small thumbnail that you see on your account is not the full resolution version that the Moderators evaluate. Nor is it the version that Buyers will download.

Did you upload it as JPG/JPEG? You should upload it here as JPEG/JPEG file as well.

PNG, which in itself is a violation of the upload instructions, as only assets with transparency should be uploaded as PNG files. Adobe should implement an automatic filter for detecting such assets.

The shadows are too dark, that is correct. I think that the sharpness is just OK. However, the image is dull, with missing contrasts.

I suppose that you had the model releases of the people in the image.

As for your remark: moderators will see the asset as you did upload it. If accepted, that will be entered in the database as is. The customer gets access to the unmodified asset. There will be absolutely nothing recoded. What you see in your second shot is a highly compressed thumbnail, showing only part of your image. That thumbnail stays in your account forever. The original gets deleted. When accepted, several size optimized copies of your asset will be made for fast web view. Your asset will be offered for download with only the file name changed.
