I was wondering if someone had suggestions on the following photos. They all were rejected. It was my first time submitting anything and I would like to get a better outcome in the future. Thank you

Hello,
Did you take these with a smartphone?
You have some noise/artifacts when zoomed in. It can be noticed in the water reflection.
Have a read of this. It's a brief guide on quality:

There are a few things to look out for in quality before submitting.
All do have spectacular reflections; however when zoomed in at 100%, I see blur and noise and the artifacts that are typical of a small sensor (phone?) camera. Horizon isn't straight in all of them, and had they not been rejected for quality issues, they would have earned IP rejections for visible store names and logos.
You also need to remove all IP (company signs) violations.

Just took a quick look. One issue may be that your horizons appear to be leaning just slightly.

It was taken from a smart phone. It rained all day so I didn't bring my camera. All of a sudden it cleared up for about 20 minutes. Couldn't pass it up. Thank you

You also have a white balance problem. The images are too blue.
See below for more on that.
