It's a nice series, and I would encourage you to continue. But yeah, as @Abambo said, maybe too tightly cropped (and skewed/distorted). Even then, I'm not sure what commercial values these might have outside of an occasional need.
Oh, they are great, but stock does play with different rules. You need a commercial appeal. The buyer needs room to be able to crop the asset, if needed. The size they need is not known, so they probably need to expand your pictures to get them usable. The perspective, however, would also disturb me from an estetical point of view.

Your assets are very narrowly cropped, and they need to get a perspective correction. At a first sight, I would say that most of the pictures have an exposure problem.

Thanks for feedback. The idea of the photo was just to do a close-up shot of doors/window

You won't sell masses, but the series is great. And I could imagine several uses.

I have photographed many doors and have had them accepted into Adobe stock. The primary problem here is perspective. Stand further away so that you can get a straighter perspective, not leaning. Shoot wider and use the transform tool in Photoshop ir Lightroom Classic to get ensure that the vertical elements are vertical.
