Quality problems. Please explain!

I have uploaded 34 pictures in the last 6 times. All of them have been rejected without exception. 
I'm uploading 5 of zhese, please tell me what the quality problem was? Thanks!

I see exposure, focus, composition and Intelectual Property  problems.

You really need to improve your photography skills. 
Adobe offers videos and material to help.

Thanks Ralph!   I'm a little frustrated because I have cca 45 accepted photos from the past and there have already been sales.  Se the new ones are worse...?  I'll check out the recommended materials. 🙂
