Hi, I have posted the photo below and it was rejected due to quality issues. What is wrong with this photo? What can I fix? I would like to add that the photo was taken with a phone and I use Adobe Lightroom Classic to edit it. I also attach the original photo.

A lot of artifacts become visible when viewed at 100%. You might want to reduce the size of the. Adobe does accept images taken with phones, but the quality is difficult to maintain or improve upon.

Yeah, viewed at 100% you get this:
As it was taken with a smartphone, quality isn't that good when enlarged. Therefore, it can pose a problem if the person who downloaded the pic wants to enlarge the photo and see the artefacts; they won't be a happy camper!
The artefacts are connected with JPG compression.
