Recent Photo Submission Rejections Due to "One or more similar images have already been submitted"

Hello All,

My recent submission of 12 photos have been rejected with a reason "One or more similar images have already been submitted", however, all the photos I submitted have either different angles, location or atmosphere. Of course you can have different photos from same location but as long as they are not the same, I think it is not a reason for reject. Because different angle, atmosphere etc... can be different tastes for different customers.

I am pasting here the thumnail of my gallery and the photos which are rejected due to "One or more similar images have already been submitted" and I appreciate your guidance if you can point out the reject reason and how to object this decision.

Check your submissions for errors in the file. It may well be that the moderator did select the wrong rejection reason.

If you can't figure out the errors, post one of your pictures here at the size and quality as submitted. We will take a look at it.

Maybe open up the shadows a bit? It's a very nice, dramatic photo as is, but stock is a different animal and more detail might be needed in this case. Anyway, it's actually been quite some time since someone posted with this particular refusal reason, and I was hoping it was put to rest. There is nothing about this image that says too many similars.

Thanks for your reply and your compliment for the photo. I always take care of underexposed blacks and overexposed whites using histogram and since this photo is drammatic, I intentionally made it looking like underexposed. I did not look into my accepted photos that detailed because they had been accepted without any issue, but if I look very detailed and want to reject, I can find many reasons which has no harm for print out or advertisements. But I am surprised that my last batch of photos(quality wise similar to my earlier submittals) were all rejected with a reason "One or more similar images have already been submitted".  In addition, I have conflicting feeling since on one hand that I spend time to take photos by obeying technical rules and trying utmost best to edit photos but get rejected, on the other hand, run into many photos which are accepted but without rules, over/under edited that lowers my motivation. Anyway, thanks for your support.

That doesn't work. If the buyer needs that, they will do that.

It's quite sharp, so work the exposure, lift the shadows, and it probably passes.
