Same problem as your other one. Too much orange.  Improper lighting.

Take time to read your Stock Contributor User Guide.  It contains good information on what Stock expects from contributors.

Adobe Stock customers expect the highest visual and technical quality for use in commercial projects.

Hello,

The technical reasons are:

White balance: Even though it is an evening shot, you should tone down the tones a bit.

Exposure: It's underexposed. Again it is an evening shot, the photo is still too dark. If you want a silhouette effect, you have to choose the subject carefully.

Composition: Work on your composition a bit more.

Severe artefacts, especially in the background.

The background and the foreground melt together into one black hole. You would expect that the background is darker than the foreground, so that the mast and the ropes stand out a little from the background and have a distinctive appearance.

If you're new to photography, you might want to enroll in some courses and join a photography club.

Even though I have some HDR images, I think that they tend to overdo and create artefacts, especially with moving objects like waves, boats and buoys. I use them sparingly for stock.

PQ = Perceptual Quantization.  A transfer function developed for HDR that's not backwards compatible with SDR.

[I had to Google it. 😁]

You should avoid that, as translation does not work well with abbreviations. Moreover, I read a little Spanish, but I agree that my reading competence is very limited. This breaks my neck…  I would have understood "porque". Thanks for clarifying.

'PQ' would not make any sense at all in the translation. This is where one has to be careful when using Google Translate, or any translating programme, abbreviations often don't translate!
