a) it's a voluntary action of Adobe stock. So there is no guarantee, that this continues. 

b) last year, the reward action was announced quite late. That may be also this year the case.

As a side note: the codes arrive without you having to do something. But eligibility did change each year, since that was instated.

The bonus for 2022 was not announced until February, 2023. If there is a bonus for 2023 activity, and that is a big "IF", I don't expect to be on the same terms as last year, and we probably can't expect to find out about it before mid-February.
