Guessing it's a bit flat? Can it be saved if I punch up the color? Maybe crop it differently? Or should I just let it go?

That's definitely better. If you were putting it in your personal collection, I'd suggest warming it up even a bit more.

As far as resubmitting to Adobe Stock, the problem is, there are SO MANY flower shots on Adobe Stock that you really have to have something that stands out to make it in with florals these days.
