Rejected for noise

Hi, this image was rejected due to noise. It's a common reason my photos are rejected on Adobe stock. I find any photo that I submit that has a texture is often rejected for noise even though it shows little noise presence. thanks for any feedback.

Your picture is rather underexposed. Have you looked at your histogram? Your picture is showing this:

Also at the resoultion you posted, it's begining to look a bit pixelated when zoomed in 100% or more.

The rejection reason includes artifacts as well as noise.
