Hola, mi hermano tenia una cuenta en Adobe Stock Contributor. Falleció el pasado mes de enero. Necesito reactivar su cuenta para poder descargarme los pagos restantes. Cómo he de hacerlo? Gracias!

I'm sorry for your loss.  For legal reasons, you can't take payments from a deceased person's account without proper legal authorization. Follow the instructions below to submit a claim.
