Request to Return Payment Back to My Adobe Stock Account

New Here ,
Oct 04, 2025 Oct 04, 2025

I am contacting you regarding an issue with my recent withdrawal. On September 18, 2025, I requested a withdrawal to my Skrill account. At that time, I had disconnected my Payoneer account and attached Skrill, so the payment was sent to Skrill.

However, after making the withdrawal, I mistakenly reconnected my Payoneer account for about four days. When I noticed that the payment had still not reached my Skrill account, I realized my mistake and reconnected Skrill again. Since the withdrawal was already sent to Skrill, I expected the funds to arrive there.

According to your system, the payment was marked as “done” on September 27, 2025, but it has not been credited to my Skrill account. I also contacted Skrill, and they confirmed that they have not received the payment.

If needed, I can provide you with a screenshot from my Adobe Stock account showing that the payment was marked as completed on your side.

I kindly request that you return this payment back to my Adobe Stock account so I can withdraw it again to my Payoneer account without further issues.

You are not addressing Adobe here, but contributors like yourself. The funds will automatically be returned to Adobe, probably within the usual 7 to 10 business days.

This is not the place to ask for Adobe's support on payment issues. Use the Contact Us link on your account where you'll find a drop down selection for payment issues.

Wherever the funds have been send to, Adobe cannot return them to your account, as soon as the payement has been done. If the payement is returned to Adobe for any reason from Payoneer, Skrill or PayPal, then they can and will credit your account again. From PayPal, I know that this operation may take up to a full month, even that in most cases it is faster.

It is always a bad decision to change anything in your payement instructions in the middle of a payement request. You indeed do not know, when the payement instructions will be read and used.

For all other questions regarding this, you will need to contact Adobe contributor support: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/Need-Help-Contact-Us.html

Adobe can't take back payments once they've been sent. Contact your bank.

  • Payments can take 10-15 working days (M-F) to reach their destination.
  • If the payment is refused by Payoneer, eventually it will bounce back to your Stock account. But that could take 2-3 more weeks, so be patient.

Next time, be extra careful with payout requests. The few minutes you spend double-checking your accuracy could save you weeks or months of needless delays.

Good luck.
