Can I create multiple accounts to keep AI generated photos and AI generated illustrations separate?
Why would you want to do that? If the express purpose of doing so is to avoid the per-account submission limit, it's a bad idea and can get your account blocked. Adobe has specifically stated that separate accounts should only be used for separate asset types. Your account will suffer, as you won't have the combined sales. You can always check the performance of the assets by checking the sales detail, eventually exporting that into an Excel and doing analysis based on an asset.
You will need to be very carefully, as illustrations and photos are nearer together then vector and video againsts photos and illustrations. If Adobe thinks you're doing that to circumvent any limitations, you can lose both accounts.
