Setting up PayPal

I was trying to find where I could set up my PayPal information.  However, I do not see it. 

My PayPal email address is different from my Adobe login.

Anyone know the link?  As I am working on becoming a contributor.... so this would be handy information not just for me but for other new contributors.

You will enter your payment information in when you submit your payment request. These options will become activated when you have reached the minimum payout amount of $50.
