I've never uploaded these pictures before, why are they rejected?

Hi lukjonis, Adobe requires that you "select only the best content, and make sure each file offers its own unique value to customers". For vector art, Adobe "accept up to three color variations of the same image. For photos  and videos, avoid submitting multiple copies of the same image with different post-processing effects applied, such as black and white versions". Designers prefer to add effects themselves. Multiple submissions of identical content is treated as image spam.

With this guideline which emphasize each file "having it's own unique value to customers", it is likely if another contributor submitted a file looking close to yours, or if the title is not unique, then your submission may be rejected. You could read up the Adobe stock guideline at tagproducts_SG_STOCK-CONTRIBUTOR_i18nKeyHelppagetitle . At the end of the PDF document are some links. There are valuable information you may also read.

Hi, Here's the confusion... Claudio wrote this -"I've never uploaded these pictures before, why are they rejected?" So, it can only mean his photos were rejected because they were similar to others offerings or his other offerings. One can not have a rejection for any reason if the work was never uploaded. We still need an actual photo of the one he did upload and the rejection statement to be of help. Let's see how it unfolds. JH

Images must be different enough to provide additional value to our customers. We can't accept more than three color variations of the same image or similar images, and models must appear in different situations or with different expressions to be considered. Please be selective and submit only the very best from each image series."

OR were your stock uploads similar to others already in Adobe Stock that are much like those you sent in.?? You decide and let us know. JH

Hello,

When I opened your photos with your images with the Shutterstock watermark I must ask, did you leave this copyright mark on the photos when you submitted them to Adobe?  All submissions to Adobe Stock must be without any signature or watermark of any kind. You will need to send in clean stock here and take a look at your work at 100-200% magnification you will see out of focus and blurred spots in quite a few. Nice photos. Send the original work in again and see what happens. Do read the guideline suggested by Jacquelingphoto2017.

Best regards, JH

Hi joan, note the caption for lukjonis question. His photos were rejected based on "similar images already submitted"; not for technical reasons.
