Stock images are in review for so long?

Hi. Do you also wait for 2 to 3 weeks for your stock illustrations/photos to be reviewed? Does it take this long in usual?

Normally review does not take this long. However, since the generative AI influx review time has extended beyond the stipulated 5 days and predictable duration.

My photographs are usually getting reviewed in less than 4 days. Illustrations, including Generative AI, are managed in a different queue, which appears to be between 1-2 months now.

Photos & Vector Graphics take about 5-15 business days.

Illustrations & Generative AI could take 1-3 months.

Meanwhile, work on other projects.

I submitted two illustrations. One of them is waiting for 3 weeks. I submitted same illustrations in Shutterstock as well. They are quickly reviewed overnight and I got my first sale over there. Its just frustrating here. Hope things get better.

Illustrations take some time for getting reviewed on Adobe stock, currently. Expect for a waiting time of up to three months. There is nothing you can do to accelerate this.

As coisas por aqui complicaram mesmo. o que antes demorava de 2 a 3 dia, agora nem tem data... será que isto irá voltar ao normal, acho que a adobe deveria resolver esta questão.

Noutros bancos de imagens, tudo continua a funcionar normal.

This is a problem with the massive influx of generative AI. Shutterstock does not allow for generative AI to be submitted. Moderation is not for your assets to get on sale, but to protect potential buyers from bad assets. From that pov, it's not a problem, if moderation takes time.

Adobe limited the amount of assets that you can have in the moderation queue waiting, so the problem should get resolved soon.

What is normal?   You mean before AI?

I don't think we can go back to the ways things were before AI.  It's here and we can't ignore its impact.

Waiting is no big a deal.  You can submit other assets & work on other projects.
