Minha conta simplesmente foi suspensa, não recebi NENHUM E-MAIL DA ADOBE, simplesmente fecharam minha conta e solicitam que eu entre em contato, porém não existe NENHUM explicativo, não recebi QUALQUER E-MAIL explicando o motivo da suspensão.

First: Adobe answers on a first request, but you need to ask for suspected reasons. You need to watch your spam folder. We had multiple reports here, where the user said that they did not answer, but weeks later that same user said that they gave them an initial reason. You have to read carefully the information that Adobe gives you.

  • There is use of copyrighted material
  • There is suspicious sales activity
  • There are multiple complaints from buyers.
  • There are other violations of the terms.

Did you contact them as they requested? To protect your privacy, they will never discuss here. Adobe have zero tolerance for many things which break the contributor terms. But sometimes mistakes can be corrected.

Tente descrever como era sua experiência com a Adobe para vermos se identificamos algo ou que fique sugestivo um motivo, eles as vezes demoram semanas para responder e realmente expulsam usuários sem informar motivo, simplesmente é como a empresa é.
Só enviava fotografias? Enviou imagens geradas por IA? Se sim, de que forma?

eu fui banido mês passado, eu estava gerando no midj artes em estilo vetorial, minimalistas, coisas como a cabeça de uma vaca por exemplo, tipo cartoon, ai eu vetorizava manualmente no illustrator e enviava como ilustração, fiz centenas, fiquei o dia inteiro fazendo isso, ai fui banido por esse motivo, disseram que não aceitam conteúdo de IA como vetor, entrei em contato, demorou para me responderem e eu ter o motivo, eu estava com 158 dólares a receber, após trocar alguns e-mails aceitaram me desbloquear, ai eu tive q excluir cada arquivo 1 a 1 ai eu podia (e fiz) reenviar tudo no formato jpg, uma versão rasterizada dos vetores, só por terem me permitido voltar que eu pude resgatar os 158 dólares também, que era importantíssimo pra mim no momento, e eram praticamente só pelas vendas de fotos que nada tinha a ver com o problema dos vetores. Eu achei muito exagerado e uma grande falta de sensibilidade por parte da Adobe de terem lidado com o meu caso dessa forma, banir sem motivo, banir por algo tão inocente, mas enfim, é isso...

Second: Adobe does not react to multiple requests, indeed they tend to ignore multiple enquiries about the same subject from the same user.

 

Third: the contributor agreement says that they can suspend your account anytime, for any reason, they deem good.

In short, adobe took 1 week to send me 1 email with the "guide" with a huge list of things that may have happened, but did not explain literally anything. They simply ingested all my contacts and never responded to my requests again. There was value already scheduled to receive (which was not deposited) I am completely disappointed with adobe, I highly recommend the partner, but after this event I will definitely take a second option.}
