I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to appeal the deactivation of my Adobe Stock account, which occurred without prior notice or explanation. My name is [Muhammad Naseem Khan ], and I have been an active freelancer in the field for a considerable period, with successful engagements on platforms such as Warkana and Upwork.

Approximately ten days ago, I created my Adobe Stock account, following a recommendation from a trusted friend. I diligently uploaded around 55 photos, eager to contribute to the platform's vibrant community. However, to my dismay, my account was abruptly closed, leaving me perplexed and concerned about the abrupt halt to my activities on the platform.

Regrettably, I have been unable to ascertain the reason behind the deactivation, despite my persistent efforts to seek clarification through your helpline. The absence of any contact or support channels has only added to my frustration and uncertainty regarding the situation.

I assure you that I have always adhered to the terms of service and guidelines set forth by Adobe Stock and any other platforms I engage with. If, inadvertently, I have committed any violation, I sincerely request your guidance and assistance in rectifying the issue. My commitment to upholding the standards of the platform and contributing positively to its community remains unwavering.

Given my reliance on freelancing as a source of livelihood, the sudden deactivation of my account has significantly impacted my ability to sustain myself. I kindly urge you to reconsider and reinstate my account, enabling me to resume my contributions and continue fostering mutually beneficial relationships within the Adobe Stock community.

I am prepared to provide any necessary documentation or clarification to support my appeal and address any concerns the team may have. Your prompt attention to this matter and favorable consideration of my appeal would be greatly appreciated.

As @daniellei4510  indicated, we here in the Community Forum cannot be of assistsance in this matter because we are also Contributors and have no ability to look into your account nor to influence Adobe in this matter. You say that "the sudden deactivation of my account has significantly impacted my ability to sustain myself." However, that seems quite unlikely  since you had only uploaded 55 assets. Read through this thread. You are not addressing Adobe here by contributors like yourself. You apparently have already contacted Adobe based on your screenshots. All you can do now is to wait for additional details.

Adobe Contributor Support does not follow this forum and will not read your request, nor will they respond here. If you have not sent a follow-up request since the August 9th response from Adobe, reply to that email and request an update. However, you have admitted here that "The reason for my old mistake was the profit flowing from your law." If you have profited from an illegal sales scheme, it is very unlikely that they will reinstate your account.

We are contributors like yourself and cannot be of assistance regarding the re-activation of your account, nor can it be appealed while Adobe performs an investigation You were provided with a Contact Us link, and your only option is to respond to that link and ask for details as to why your account was deactivated. Do not email them, as doing so does not create a ticket. Use the Contact Us link only. Upon completion of the investigation Adobe will notify you when and if your account is re-activated. It can days or even several weeks. You have no other option but to wait.

There are numerous reasons for deactivating an account, which you can read about on the Adobe Stock Learn & Support pages.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

You are a contributor for 10 days and earned a suspension? After uploading 55 assets only? How many of those got accepted? I would really say that this is record setting. I assume you did not diligently enough read the contributor terms. I suggest you read them again. 

 

I also doubt that you 55 assets earned you a living for your 10 days on this platform. Some of those getting blocked have contributed several months at least and had even thousands of assets.

 

BTW: only contributor support can help you. If you tried to contact customer support you should not wonder that they could not help you. As a contributor, you are not a customer, even that you can be both, customer and contributor.

 

As a last: you posted in the Stock forum, which is for stock customers and their problems. You should have posted this in the stock contributor forum, which is for contributor issues. I will move this to the correct forum.

Dear sir & madam, It's been more than 4th months ago Despite all this my account has not been activated yet. I have proved to you in every way that I have done no wrong. After all this, you advised me to have some patience. It's been 4 months since this happened and I'm still waiting for action on my account for reactive my adobe stock account. But it did not make any difference, now I request you to tell me my mistake and activate my account. I ask you to forgive me and activate my account. So that I can upload my new hand draws illustrations file. Earlier I was not aware of your website's policy. Now I have read all your Law. I promise you that I will do my work with full honesty. You will never get a chance to complain from me. The reason for my old mistake was the profit flowing from your law. I have read your law.
