Dear Adobe Stock Contributor Support,
I recently learned that my Adobe Stock Contributor account has been deactivated. However, I have not received any email or notification explaining the reason for this action.
I really don't know what could be the reason for this issue, and I always try to follow Adobe's guidelines and policies. I do not have any documentation or evidence of the violation, so I humbly request your help in understanding the reason behind the deactivation.
If there is any unintentional mistake on my part, I sincerely apologize and am willing to take any corrective action necessary. I support my family with the income generated from Adobe Stock. I respectfully request that you review my account and hope for the possibility of reactivating it.
My Contributor Email/Adobe ID:[Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]

Thank you for your time and support.
Sincerely,
Shree Ripon Kumar

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

I have emailed them but they are not responding. What can I do now to activate my account?

You should have used the "Contact us" link. You should not have e-mailed them. Email is so unreliable. When you have contacted successfully contributor support, contributor support will attribute your case a case ID. That case ID shows you, that a case has been registred in Adobe's database and that they are working on this. If they did not respond, as you tell us, you did not contact Adobe comntributor support.
As you have a case ID number they did respond you, and you are telling us only half-truths. Anyhow, you will need to wait for as long as it takes. There is no way to accelerate this, by sending multiple request and getting multiple case ID numbers.
