submit by checking a box that should not be checked

I always checked the second box when uploading AI images.

Too late, I realized that I shouldn't be checking AI images of landscapes or food....

I was deleting the already approved AI image because there was no way to edit it, but I saw that deleting a large amount at once could cause my account to be suspended.

I wonder if it's okay to leave the wrongly checked approval image as it is.

And I'm deleting the previously written keyword and title 'Generation AI' from the approved AI image one by one. Do I not need to modify this?

With the apple picking image you need to check both. If there is no property or person shown, you do not need to check that. But there is no harm done (at least none that I know) so keep them. Anyhow, you can't change them afterwards.

Deleting large numbers of approved assets may disrupt the functioning of the system as someone may be using a comp image for doing a design. In that case, they will fail when they try to licence.

No. It is okay. Leave the images that have been approved.

You should however, submit future images as jpg and not png

I deleted some of the AI images that were already sold. And I checked again according to the rules and submitted the same AI image for approval. Are buyers of deleted AI images affected by what I do? I'm not confident in my actions....

Yes, Buyers are affected, because the newly submitted image will not have the same asset number, and they won't be able to find the originally licensed asset.

...and if they find by chance the newly accepted asset, they will need to re-licence instead of only downloading.

And btw: you risk refusals on already accepted assets, because the moderation process got mor stringent.

Yes. They are affected, if they did not save a local copy of the asset. They can't download again, which is a disruption for some of them.

Avoid that, and delete only, if you have grave errors in the asset.

As for assets in general, if I download the comp image (watermarked asset for testing my design) and you delete in the meantime, I can't download the full image anymore, which may disrupt my workflow heavily. I may lose many hundreds of dollars because of that. So any action like that should be avoided.
