Hi i'm newbie here & my first submitted picture got rejected for technical issue. Is there something wrong with this picture?

Hi @Ninesann ,

The frame was underexposed.

It has a white balance issue. It has a slight blue cast.

It manifest subject or camera shake.

It is not completely sharp on its edges.

Please zoom to between 100 and 200% to inspect for issues.

In adition to what @jacquelingphoto2017 said, I would crop it down some, add some depth of field, and remove the background which distracts from the subject.

Underexposure and out of focus (1), disturbing elements in the view (2), burned out details on the cat (3), bad shadows on the leaf and on the hand (4), underexposure and a cable in the image (5). I also see artefacts and definitely any exposure lifting will enhance those artefacts.

 

(NB: If you want to do as @RALPH_L suggests, you need to be perfect at photoshopping and especially masking.)
