What's wrong with the photo?

I see colour stripes in the fog. In addition, the image is out of focus.

Focus on the trees could be improved, but the colour banding was probably the refusal reason.

Rejected on a technical issue. It is logical that the question is not about pizza 🙂 This photo has been rejected many times. Although regularly, he corrected something. Shutterstock has long adopted a much worse option

Looking at the histogram of your original picture, you are missing whites and blacks.

Looking at the new picture's histogram, you are missing blacks and part of the shadows, maybe also a fraction of whites.

The colour banding has been corrected, but you still have clipping.

A fresh pair of eyes, and as it is the same photo, even though you've tried to correct the other issues, it is still not focused very well!! So, it will never pass I'm afraid!
