My Adobe Contributor account was unexpectedly disabled without any apparent reason. I have thoroughly reviewed their guidelines and am confident that I have not violated any of them. On the day my account was disabled, I had to received my funds (I believe it was the 10th business day), which I was due to receive. Despite having sent an email to address this issue, I have yet to receive a response. I am seeking advice on how to proceed in order to have my account reinstated and to successfully withdraw the funds owed to me.
You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we can do nothing to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response, which you appear to have done. It will most likely be awhile to hear from them outside of a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk mail if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so only slows down Adobe's investigation.

Perhaps other contributors are seeing annoying inconsistencies in posts about suspensions...
And in fact, your comments reinforce there's a disconnect in seeing how behavior and lack of self awareness can be damaging for your credibility...

You asked "Why are threads closed. Lets find some reasons".
Threads are closed when one or more participants have violated the forum rules. Have you read them?

Hi everyone,
My account has been blocked for "Suspicious activity," and a payment request with a status of "Pending" is still in it.
Is it true that it is due to login with multiple devices and ISP? I have filed an appeal, approximately how long will the investigation process take?
Thank You

We are contributors like yourself and we are unable to say or predict how long it will take for Adobe to complete their investigation or respond to your appeal. Your only option at this time is to wait to hear from Adobe.

"Suspicious activity" usually refers to purchasing your own images in order to improve the ranking of your images in Buyer searches. This type of activity usually results in permanent suspension. If your account has been suspended, no one here in this forum can help you to get it restored. Use the Contact Us link and wait for Adobe's response.

"Suspicious activity" seems to always refer to sudden increases in sales (better known as "highly irregular sales activity"). So if you do get good at sales, they will just ban you for being too good at sales and always ban you with the reason "highly irregular sales activity"! At best they will revert these too good sales and keep 100% of the profit for themselves, at worst, they just won't respond after months and months and keep 100% of the profit for themselves anyway.

You use the "Contact us" link provided on your dashboard when you log in and you wait. That is your only option at this time.

Login with different devices or different IP addresses has nothing to do with it.
A request for payment triggered an overall review where by Adobe noticed activity, usually sales, that need further investigation.

Some tried to expicitely tell Adobe to keep 100% of the profit of "highly irregular sales activity" for themselves, others don't even get a response and Adobe keeps 100% of the profit for themselves anyway. In both cases, Adobe keeps 100% of the profit for themselves and screws over contributors over their promised 33% share.

We already told you. You have to wait for Adobe to take further action. We cannot predict what Adobe does.

Adobe is very predictable. Adobe keeps 100% of the profit of "highly irregular sales activity" for themselves and won't give anyone else their 33% share in every single case.

Hi,
My account was blocked for multiple contributor accounts more than 2 months ago. I wrote the support via email on May 14th, then another email sent on May 27th and then on June 29th. I've never gotten any answer.
I need to unlock my account, but the support via chat, redirected me again for another email.
Any recommendation?

Do you have a ticket number? If so, and if you used the "Contact us" link on your dashboard, you have done all that you can do while Adobe completes their investigation. Depending on the number of investigations ahead of yours, this can take quite some time.
