My Adobe Contributor account was unexpectedly disabled without any apparent reason. I have thoroughly reviewed their guidelines and am confident that I have not violated any of them. On the day my account was disabled, I had to received my funds (I believe it was the 10th business day), which I was due to receive. Despite having sent an email to address this issue, I have yet to receive a response. I am seeking advice on how to proceed in order to have my account reinstated and to successfully withdraw the funds owed to me.
You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we can do nothing to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response, which you appear to have done. It will most likely be awhile to hear from them outside of a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk mail if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so only slows down Adobe's investigation.

Oh, there's always a reason. Adobe doesn't benefit from blocking Contributor accounts. If anything, it creates more tedious work for them, and that costs money.
Adobe likely detected suspicious account activity, which requires an account audit.
1) Unusual sales or refunds.
2) Use of protected Brand Names in keywords/descriptions.
3) Content spamming.
4) Complaints / 'Take Down Notices' from 3rd parties.
5) Other violation of Stock Contributor Terms. See below.
https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/submission-guidelines.html
Due to privacy, Stock can't talk about an account in this public user-to-user forum.

Good luck.

The problem is there is no communication from adobe.

Ghosting is a form of communication. It means "there's nothing more to say" and "this relationship is over."

Hi @A.Rafay. ,
I learn from other contributors who's accounts were suspended that Adobe takes a long time to respond.
Best wishes

I hope that by addressing this problem here. Maybe adobe will read the comments. If Low level employees are rigid in their communication. Then this is the result. A community should help the people on a forum. So keeping this thread alive instead of blocking it. Eventualy hopefully adobe will see that they have a problem in their company. That there procedures dont work. And causes for both parties financial and personal damage. The threads with two remark from the same people is not really helping.

Two things have been repeated here and are unquestionably true:
1. None of your fellow Contributors who frequent this forum are able to assist you in any way to get your account restored. We have no influence whatsoever and no view into Adobe's internal processes.
2. Adobe personnel rarely visit this forum and do not discuss account matters here with individual Contributors.
You can post your complaint here every day, and it will have no impact on whether or not your account gets restored.

I am not sure if adobe personnel will like that you speak on behalf of them : personnel rarely visit this forum. Do you know all personnel of adobe?

I am really hoping to get a reply as soon as possible. There should be a communication channel or support system where our issues related to accounts and funds can be easily resolved.

Hi @Robert 123 ,
If a Community Expert says Adobe rarely monitor these fora, he or she has sound reason to say so.
Best wishes

You said "Do you know all personnel of adobe?"
of course I don't know all of Adobe's personnel, which number greater than 30,000. I do know that when they comment here they have a specific type of badge to identify themselves as Adobe employees.

Thanks mate. I am currently awaiting their response. In the event that they do not enable my account for any reason, would it be possible to recover the funds?

Hi,
My Adobe Stock contributor account was suddenly de-activated without any explanation. I always follow the contributor guidelines and haven’t received any clear reason in my email.
Can someone from the Adobe team please review my case and let me know the reason for de-activation, and if there’s a way to restore my account?
Here is the screenshot of the message I received:

Alright. Thank you for your suggestion. I've submitted into Contact Us. How many days they usually took to reply?
Recently I've gotten a popup which indicates the nomination of my assets. And, I tick both of the options there. After 1 day, my account got deactivated. Is there any chance it's deactivated because I've selected both options there?
Here is that screenshot:-
NB: My account is very old as I'm contributing to adobe stock for a long time. In last 3–4 months, I didn't upload anything new which may cause any violation of their guidelines. So, I'm really confused why they deactivated my account!

I can't imagine why selecting both options would result in a deactivation. As far as how long you will have to wait, only someone here who has had their account deactivated can answer that. But I do know, based solely on previous posts on this forum, that it can take weeks and even months, depending on how many investigations are ahead of yours.

By @hridoyrony
No. The suspension and the nomination message are unrelated. You can nominate your assets for both options. There is no issue with that.
