Hi,

I have an issue when log in into adobe, adobe contributor account and behance. I can't reached the site using chrome, firefox and safari browser using my device (macbook pro). When I try to log in, it will appear 'auth.services.adobe.com refused to connect' on screen. I've checked the connection, proxy and firewall setting and it looks OK.

Please, anyone can help?

Thank you.

Did you also try to connect via a different internet provider (like your mobile phone)?

Do you have other Adobe software installed and that software works? Software, like Creative Cloud programs: Photoshop, Lightroom (Classic) etc...

What versions do you have?

Check the hosts file for any entries for Adobe and if there are such entries, remove them.
