Third Follow-Up – Case #00456540 – Upload Limit Still Not Reset

New Here ,
Nov 14, 2025 Nov 14, 2025

Hello Adobe Support Team,

This is my third follow-up regarding case #00456540.

It has now been over one month without any response, and my account is still unable to upload any files due to the persistent “Upload limit reached” message.

I have 0 files under review, and I have already tried all recommended troubleshooting steps (different browsers, devices, cleared cache, tested small JPG uploads). The issue is clearly on the server/account side, and I urgently need a manual reset of my upload limit.

Please escalate my case to a supervisor or technical specialist.

It is becoming very difficult for me to continue working as a contributor with this unresolved issue.

I kindly request your immediate attention.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Here some info provided by Gemini:

When Upload Limits Reset

The reset for the submission limit is not a simple fixed daily or weekly date for all contributors; it's dynamic and tied to two main conditions:

  1. Weekly Limit Reset: The system often operates on a weekly submission quota, although the specific start day of the "week" isn't disclosed, and the limit itself is individualized.

  2. Pending Content Reduction: You can resume submissions once the number of your assets currently "In Review" falls below the maximum allowed amount for your account. When the moderation team reviews and processes enough of your pending files (either accepting or rejecting them), your capacity to submit new content is restored.

In short, your ability to upload more content is typically paused when you either:

  • Reach your secret weekly submission quota.

  • Reach your secret maximum number of pending assets in review.

The submission is then temporarily paused until the weekly quota resets or enough of your pending content has been reviewed.
