Third party is selling my free photos ?

I have put my photos on free stock pages, and now I can see this someone is

selling my photos, do you allow that.

No, that is absolutely forbidden. All Adobe Stock contributors have to give a legal agreement that they own all the rights.  There is a process for reporting this. (Sadly, it is not unusual). It is called DMCA and is a special legal process; Adobe must read your complaint, and allow both sides the chance to prove their ownership. https://www.adobe.com/uk/legal/dmca.html More info https://www.artistic-license.org/takedowns/adobe-stock-takedown-process/
