Upload button not working on Adobe Stock Contributor Dashboard

New Here ,
Oct 27, 2025 Oct 27, 2025

Hello Adobe Stock Community,
I’m having an issue with my Adobe Stock Contributor dashboard.
The “Upload” button is visible but not clickable, and I can’t upload any files.

I already have a verified contributor account and a validated W-8BEN tax form.
Adobe Support confirmed this is a technical issue and I’ve already opened a case (#00452467),
but I still can’t upload.

Could anyone from the Adobe team or other contributors suggest a fix or confirm if this is a known issue?
Thank you for your time.

First thing you should do is to see if it occurs on a different Browser. Edge, Google and or Firefox.

Hello @RALPH_L,
Thank you for your quick response and suggestion.
I’ve already tried all the browsers you mentioned — Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge — but unfortunately the issue still persists.

The “Upload” button is visible but not clickable in any of them.
My account is verified, and my W-8BEN tax form is validated.

Adobe Support confirmed it’s a technical issue and my case (#00452467) is already open with the Contributor Technical Team.
Do you have any other suggestions, or could this be related to backend permissions?

Thanks again for your time and help!

Did you enter your Payment Provider details yet?  It's required that you have a PayPal, Payoneer or Skrill account on file before you can submit assets. See below for details on getting paid.

I have the EXACT same issue!

Just like you, my account is fully verified, W-8BEN is validated, and payment is connected. But my "Upload" button is Greyed Out / Unclickable.

I have contacted support (Case #00458712), but I am still waiting for a fix.

I have tried different browsers (Chrome/Edge/Firefox) and even changed my Internet Service Provider (ISP), but the button remains dead.

Admins/Mods, please look into this bug affecting us!

Why did you post the same message so many times? You are not addressing anyone at Adobe directly here in this forum, anbd will not receive a reply from any Adobe personnel here. We are a forum of Contributors and can't fix this issue. If you have reported this issue via the Contact Us link and have a Case number, you'll just have to wait for a response.

1. Use a browser that DOES NOT have script blockers or VPN enabled.

2. Ensure that your payment account with PayPal, Payoneer or Skrill are verified and able to receive royalty-payments from Adobe.

Failing that, contact Contributor Support for assistance.
