I was noticed that my contributor account had the validation status issue. I emailed for the detail and was informed that there were some unusual purchases in my account and I had to wait for the checking. I have been waiting for 5 days but there is no update. Does anyone get the same issue as mine? Please share to me how should I do to resolve the issue? Many thanks!
Be patient. With some luck your account will soon be reactivated. Maybe not. Adobe has the right to deactivate any accounts they believe to be in validation of the service agreement.
Wait another two weeks then write contributor-support again. Not too often. You do not want to anoy them.
Work on other projects while the investigation completes. It could take several weeks before you hear the results of their findings.

We've heard here in the forum that the process can take weeks.

I have encountered that because the sale is abnormally blocked, the probability of unblocking is 0, so don't wait.

What's not fair? 🤔
Stock is a serious business; not a card game.

It's been too long and I haven't received any response from Adobe. This is really unfair, my account was locked due to something I didn't do.
Please give me feedback

No one here in the forum is an Adobe employee, so we can't help with issues relating to your account validation issue. There is nothing you can do except wait for a response from Adobe.

I noticed that the account was locked during checkout. That is, if you do not press the pay out button, the account will still sell normally and after the payment is complete, the account will be locked and the entire amount will be confiscated.

It's possible that one or more of your assets were reported by a Buyer or other Adonpbe user for poor quality or IP violations.

No. As in Intellectual Property.

Intellectual Property. Could also be copyright violations if you have uploaded something for which someone else holds the copyright.

All three of my accounts were blocked in this way. When your download volume is particularly high on a certain day, there is a probability of more than 90% that you will be blocked, and you are fine if you don’t withdraw cash, and you will be blocked if you withdraw cash. When I was banned, the withdrawal amount was 470 US dollars, and there was 120 US dollars in the account, and a total of 590 US dollars were confiscated by them. Don't expect it, your account will not be unblocked.

The reason is the same as yours, the sales are abnormal, that is, more than 200 works were sold in two days. The same is true for my previous two accounts, and they will be blocked when I withdraw cash. When your sales volume is particularly high on a certain day, you should not be happy, but worry about whether you will be blocked! After that no matter how much you email them they will ignore you. Either you don't do it, or open a new account.

Perhaps the reason for the blockage is that you have 3 accounts !

Instead of making three accounts at the same time, they were newly opened after they were closed. I have been doing it for more than a year, can I not know the rules of the website? After the first account was blocked, I read all the rules of the website in detail. Later I found out that no matter how you abide by the rules of the website, as long as your sales volume is particularly high on a certain day, your account will basically be blocked. This is unavoidable for designers!

I only use 1 IP, the images are designed by me, the sales are not too many, only about 50 sales / 1 day and it only happens in 2 days.

I can say that this is really stealing from the contributors. I sold 50 units in 2 days, got excited and went to show it off to everyone. But then I withdraw the money, the account is locked immediately. The amount was also not returned, no email response.
I believe a lot of people here are in a similar situation.
All images are designed by me
Unexpected high purchase is not related to the seller, the abnormal verification is Adobe's business, not mine. Instead they closed my account and took my money. A blatant theft.

What do you mean you "created a topic on this and it is also locked for comments"?
If you have replied to the Contact Us link on that page you must wait for Adobe to reply.

I have waited over a month, sent 2-3 emails and no response. What can I do ? Sit still so Adobe will take all the money that should belong to me?
