Vector Rejection problem due to resolution problem

hello everyone someone please help me in creating and uploading a banner of vector patterns containing 4 patterns in one but I face rejection because my JPG preview was too blurr in submission but my artboard size was more than 4 megapixel.

We can't see anything in a thumbnail preview. 

What type of file did you submit— Adobe Illustrator .ai, .eps or .svg?
