I wounder what is the teknik fel with this pictures ?

In the 2nd picture you can see the technical problems very clearly:
Large overexposed areas with colour fringes.
Under-exposed dark areas.

Underexposure, overexposure, chromatic aberration, leaning verticals, noise. You would have needed a tripod to shoot in such low light conditions, and also to utilize bracketed images which are later blended in Photoshop or Lightroom to achieve a more balanced exposure.
