Hello, I uploaded photos 11 days ago, they are still to be reviewed. Why is it taking so long?
Currently, 1-3 months is the normal range. I think you're still in the timeframe I'd expect. I haven't heard anyone getting to 4 months yet, so that's where I would start to get concerned. But I suspect you'll have some reviewed by then.
Cheers!
Images are taking 2-3 months, photos 2 to 3 weeks.
If you've read any of the other posts in this forum, you would have learned that review time is a frequent topic of discussion here. Due to the continuing huge influx of Generative AI assets, there is a considerable backlog in the queue, and there is nothing you can do to hasten the process. Be patient.
11 days is not a long time currently. Even Adobe tells you, that it can take about 4 weeks. Current moderation times are erratic, from several hours to several months. According to Adobe, it does not take more than 2 months after submission.
"I have another question, there are photos on the Rejected page even from 2022. Will the photos on this page remain and not be deleted?"
Yes. They will remain there forever and ever and ever. Maybe (and this is just a guess) moderators refer to them now and again to make sure changes have been made if the images are submitted again at a later date.
I wanted to write a response. I upload and send, I never keep them waiting. Currently, 256 of my photos are waiting for review. The first one was sent 1 month ago, and I am excitedly waiting to see how this process will continue.
According to the information below, I think I should wait another 4 weeks and then worry 🙂

The review team does not monitor this forum. Occasionally we see posts from Mat, the Adobe Stock evangelist, but primarily this forum is by and for Stock Contributors..

We've seen and experienced some out of order moderations. Adobe seems to experiment how to handle best the troubling backlog. The moderators are completly disconnected from the fora.
Do you upload and submit, or do you upload and submit later? The time you see is the upload time, not the submission time. If there is a gap between uploading and submitting, that could cause a false impression.

THANK YOU!!! That is exactly what I've been posting about. The fact that my first photos were submitted 3 months ago and they were able to reject but not accept out of the last 4 submitted 1 week ago? There are 121 total that are waiting as of now. What gives?

As I said on your other thread:
"None of us here knows why these non-sequential reviews are happening. Adobe does not reveal their internal business processes so we can only speculate."

Nothing. Adobe moderates the assets first in, first out is still the only official declaration we read from an Adobe employee. However, a certain number of assets get moderated out of bound. It is unclear to us why and what magic is behind that, as until now, Adobe did not give clues about this.
There are theories of efficiency (real life theories from real life researchers… not what we are) that may point to the fact that when a system is congested, the overall efficiency of the system will be greater, when following different methods than the linear one. So it may be, but only it may be, that assets get presented out of bound to moderators according to a magic formula.
Get ready! An upgraded Adobe Community experience is coming in January.
