I am writing to request an explanation for why my approved file on the marketplace was suddenly changed to "COULD NOT BE ACCEPTED" after two months. The image in question has been popular and I have been earning money from it, so I am confused and concerned about this sudden change.

I have carefully followed all the guidelines and requirements for the marketplace, and my file was initially approved by the review team. However, I recently received that the file has been changed to "COULD NOT BE ACCEPTED" status without any explanation or notification.

I kindly request that you provide me with more information regarding this decision and why it was made, as well as any steps I can take to rectify the situation. I value your marketplace and the opportunity it provides for me to share my work with others, and I would like to ensure that my content complies with all guidelines and requirements.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

This forum is supported by fellow Contributors, not Adobe employees and we have no ability to look into your account, nor can we respond as to why a previously accepted asset has been withdrawn. It's possible that a Buyer complained about the quality or that an infringement claim has been lodged. You'll need to direct your question directly to Adobe Stock Contributor support.

An infringements claim for copyright violation would have gotten your account suspended. There may be, however, an IP claim or a quality claim. If such claims get posted, your asset gets reevaluated, and when the team finds the report conclusive, than the asset gets deleted. It's not that when you submitted a bad quality asset, and it gets approved that you are a lucky guy. If you earn many such reports, the account even may get suspended.

It's irrelevant for howlong the asset was open for sales. I've seen assets getting deleted, that were years in the database.
