Slanted verticals is one reason.

I just don't think the slanted lines work here. The moderator may have felt the same thing. Also, since the main subject could be construed as the building, it might also have required a property release if you didn't include one.

Another thing is your white balance. There is a green cast to the photo.

Composition i agree, it's a crap photo anyway!

no issue with gray balance, the window borders and the asphalt are perfekt in wb, an the green tint, was as I saw it..

I have recomposed it an make the building with vertical lines, and uploaded it again, now ill wait and see.

There is an issue with the white balance/colour temperature. 

Correction with the colour temp and verticals - a quick example:

The camera records colour slightly differently from the human eye.
